Over the years, I’ve studied under world-renowned coacheslike Charles Poliquin, Robb Wolf, and Ben Prentiss. I’ve immersed myself in the philosophies of the Gray Institute, Functional Anatomy Seminars, and Postural Restoration Institute. I’ve dissected the science, applied it in the trenches,and forged a system that gets people better—no matter how complex their challenge.
That journey has taken me around the world. I’ve invested time, money, and energy traveling to learn directly from the best minds in strength, rehab, performance, and nutrition. From private labs to clinical residencies, global seminars to one-on-one mentorships—I’ve made it my mission to never stop learning, because that’s what our clients deserve.
I’ve worked in world-class medical facilities, led return-to-play programs at UPMC, and served as a sports scientist at the University of Pittsburgh. I’ve helped elite Division I athletes get back on the court, and I’ve helped everyday people reclaim their health after years of chronic pain and frustration. Every protocol, every progression, every principle I use has been forged through hands-on experience and driven by the failures of the conventional system.

The more complicated the problem,the more it pushes me to learn, sharpen my tools, and elevate my craft. I’veseen too many clients show up after being told:

I stand on the shoulders of giants like Ben Prentiss, who taught me the Omni-Contraction System to develop elite athletes. I was first introduced to minimalist footwear principles and barefoot integration by Ben Pakulski, which transformed how I rebuild movement from the ground up. My nutritional approach was shaped by the ancestral wisdom of Robb Wolf and Dr. Cate Shanahan, which I’ve since enhanced with modern lab data and precision-based testing.
My understanding of posture and integrated movement began when Ron DeAngelo introduced me to the ground breaking work of the Postural Restoration Institute and the Gray Institute. I later refined my knowledge of joint integrity, fascial sequencing, and functional rehab through Dr. Andreo Spina’s Functional Range Conditioning and Functional Anatomy Seminars. And when it comes to hypertrophy and muscle development, Idraw from the teachings of Charles Poliquin and Carlos Castro—two masters of strength who taught me how to train with precision and purpose.
Over time, I’ve made these lessons my own—not just by applying them, but by innovating on them. I’ve layered them together, stress-tested them in high-performance environments, and evolved them through hands-on results. That’s how we build systems that work when everything else has failed.
Throughout the process we’ve prevented surgeries. We’ve changed lives. There are more people than I can count who have said, “If I could just do one more hike… one more squat… one more game with my kids…” and we’ve helped them get there. That’s what this is about. Restoring capacity, freedom, and possibility.
